Apple Rollup

My kids absolutely love apple roll-ups.  We often make these 3-4 times a week.  With only 4 ingredients, you can't go wrong!

Spread a tablespoon or two of peanut butter on a tortilla.

Add desired amount of cream cheese on top.  I usually use about one tablespoon.

Slice any type of apple into bite size peices.  I leave the skin on for the extra fiber, but you can remove it of course.

 Sprinkle the apple pieces on top.  A half of an apple is probably the most you would need.

Roll it up and serve with the left over apple slices.
