Kefir Green Smoothie with Peaches, Protein, and Flax

Green smoothies are so fun!  When I drink one, I'm reminded of when I was a kid and always wanted a cool blue slushie or some other unnaturally colored drink such as Kool-aid.  Green smoothies, however, are completely healthy, natural, and delicious; the color makes you feel like you are drinking something really cool!

What you need:
- 8 oz. Nonfat Plain Kefir
- 1 tbsp. coarsely ground Flax Seed (you can grind this in a coffee grinder)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 peach
- a handful (or two) of spinach

Throw all ingredients into a blender.

 Blend until smooth.
